Medication is logged as administered rather than scheduled ahead. Standing instructions belong on the child's medical record, where the staff giving the dose will see them.
Who on staff can see health entries?
Access is governed by role permissions, so health information is available to the staff responsible for a child rather than to everyone with a login.
Can I export health records?
Medical and consent data is included in the CSV exports available from the reports screen, for handover to a parent, a doctor, or your own records.
Does a health entry notify the parent?
Parents receive push notifications for updates about their own children, with notification types individually controllable in their settings.
